Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Milan Chamber of Arbitration. This partnership marks a significant step in strengthening collaboration in the fields of arbitration and mediation between the two institutions.

Under the terms of the MoU, AMCA and the Milan Chamber of Arbitration will exchange knowledge, experiences, and best practices in arbitration and mediation, further promoting these mechanisms as effective methods for resolving disputes. The partnership also aims to keep both parties informed about upcoming seminars and training opportunities, fostering a deeper understanding of legal concepts and issues in their respective fields. In addition, the institutions will mutually promote each other’s conferences, events, activities, and publications, creating a platform for shared growth and development.

This agreement reflects the commitment of both organizations to advancing alternative dispute resolution methods and enhancing the legal frameworks that support them.
